MANCHESTER — Police in Manchester Township are asking for the public’s help as they try to find an 83-year-old woman who has been missing since late last year.
Rosalind C. Tortorelli was last seen in December 2025 in the Toms River area, according to the Manchester Township Police Department. Authorities described her as about 5-foot-2 with gray hair.
Investigators said they have already pursued multiple leads and taken numerous steps in an effort to locate Tortorelli, but her location remains unknown.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation is urged to call the Manchester Township Police Department at 732-657-6111. Police said anyone who sees Tortorelli or has information about where she may be should contact officers right away.
