TOMS RIVER – A Memorial Day “Flag Express” car and truck rally will be held May 24, with participants gathering at 9 a.m. in the Kohl’s parking lot in Toms River.
The rally is scheduled to leave at 10 a.m. Organizers are asking attendees to bring American flags and banners to show support for fallen American heroes, members of the military and President Donald J. Trump.
The event is expected to follow a Shore-area route and last about three to four hours. Route sheets and additional details will be available at the rally.
