MANCHESTER – A woman was left in critical condition after a head-on collision Tuesday afternoon, Manchester Police said.

The crash occurred around 3:32 p.m. in the area of Route 530 near the intersection of Lacey Road.   At this time, the investigation into this crash is still on going. However, police believe failure to maintain lane is the primary contributing factor. The crash is being investigated by Ptl. Michael O’Hara of the department’s Traffic Safety section.
