BRICK – After a lengthy investigation, authorities have arrested two Brick residents for drug related offenses.
On May 3, the Brick Township Street Crimes Unit (SCU) Special Emergency Response Team searched two homes, one on Isadora Court and the second on Sawmill Road. During those searches, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a digital scale were recovered.
As a result, two individuals were arrested:
Thomas Quran, 44, of Brick, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, intent to distribute crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Quran was arrested and lodged in Ocean County Jail.
Michael Sorresso, 54, of Brick, was arrested and charged with possession of heroin. Sorresso was released on a summons.
