STAFFORD – Authorities are investigating a “large explosion” which caused a home to catch on fire early Tuesday morning.
The explosion occurred shortly after midnight at 253 Neptune Drive. Officers found a man outside on the front lawn who suffered severe injuries. He was airlifted to Temple University Hospital. News 12 New Jersey is reporting that the victim died but authorities have not confirmed that information.
Police have not yet determined what caused the explosion.
