  KEANSBURG – A former Monmouth County resident was arrested for sexually assaulting a minor 20 years ago, officials said.   Robert L.   KEANSBURG – A former Monmouth County resident was arrested for sexually assaulting a minor 20 years ago, officials said.

  Robert L. Wisiak, 44, of South River, was charged with first-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Minor and third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

  Authorities discovered that the sexual assaults between Wisiak and the victim, who was a minor under the age of 13 at the time, took place on multiple occasions between the years of 1999 and 2001.

  Wisiak is facing up to 20 years in a state prison, along with being subject to the provisions of Megan’s Law registration and Parole Supervision for Life.
