Continuing a tradition going back years, local HVAC and plumbing services provider A.J. Perri — whose distinctive green trucks are a familiar sight in Monmouth County and the surrounding regions — is supporting a wide variety of charitable activities in the communities it serves.
To cite just a few examples, A.J. Perri recently participated in the 18th Annual Westfield Area YMCA Golf Classic, the proceeds of which enable children, families, and senior citizens in need to participate in YMCA programs and memberships. This month and into January, A.J. Perri will be a supporting sponsor of Students Change Hunger, which collects food from schools throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties for distribution to families in need during the holiday season. A.J. Perri will also continue to operate its popular A.J. Perri Cares initiative, during which heating and plumbing equipment are donated to deserving military veterans in need in communities A.J. Perri serves.
Other planned activities include the Ray Fantel Pickleball Tournament in October, organized to support a local family and brave young man living with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1. A.J. Perri’s support helps the Fantel family support Ray’s medical and physical therapy expenses and the training of his service dog. And in December, A.J. Perri will continue its annual sponsorship of the Michael’s Feat Radiothon, which provides comfort and support for families caring for seriously ill newborns.
“Here at A.J. Perri, we don’t just work in these communities, but we also live in them,” said Chris Tulloch, the company’s General Manager. “We’re proud to play a part in giving back to our neighbors throughout the regions we proudly serve.”
