LACEY – After a two-month investigation, authorities have arrested three individuals in connection to distributing narcotics in Ocean County.
Detectives identified a home in Lacey Township that is owned and occupied by 46-year-old Michael Kinsky, and used by 34-year-old Eric Bowman of West Deptford, and 28-year-old Shantal White of Brick, to store and distribute illegal drugs.
On January 25, police searched the home and seized about seven grams of crack cocaine, ten wax folds of heroin, and 35 grams of liquid phencyclidine (PCP). Kinsky – who was present at the time of the search – was taken into custody at the home without incident.
Kinsky was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was brought to the Ocean County Jail, processed, and served with the charges via summons pending an upcoming first appearance in Ocean County Superior Court.
Authorities said that Kinsky, Bowman, and White were continuing to use the home to store and distribute narcotics.
As a result, they searched the home again on March 6 and seized about 12 grams of crack cocaine and 43 wax folds of heroin. Kinsky and Bowman were taken into custody at the home without incident.
Kinsky was charged with Possession of Over Ten Grams of PCP with Intent to Distribute, Possession of PCP, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Crack Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Kinsky was brought to the Ocean County Jail, and subsequently released as a consequence of New Jersey Bail Reform.
Bowman was likewise charged with Possession of Over Ten Grams of PCP with Intent to Distribute, Possession of PCP, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Crack Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bowman was brought to the Ocean County Jail, where he will remain detained pending his trial.
On March 7, Shantal White was charged with Possession of Over Ten Grams of PCP with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was transported to the Ocean County Jail, and subsequently released as a consequence of New Jersey Bail Reform.
Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer commended the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force, Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Asset Forfeiture Unit, Lacey Police, Lacey Detective Bureau, Ocean County Regional SWAT Team, and Ocean County Sheriff’s Office, for their combined and collective assistance in connection with this investigation.
The charges referenced are merely accusations and the public are reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
