TOMS RIVER – Police, fire and EMS are on the scene of a fire in an apartment at the Fairways Apartments in the township.
Ocean County Scanner News reported that the fire originated at a unit on the 3000 Block of Inverness with units working on scene requesting additional mutual aid.
According to multiple social media reports, the blaze is a 3-alarm fire and there may have been an entrapment of a resident but we are waiting for official confirmation.
