TOMS RIVER – A Monmouth County fugitive was ordered to remain detained in the Ocean County Jail for allegedly killing a man at a hookah lounge, officials said.

Manzanares has been lodged in the Ocean County Jail since his extradition from Prince William County, Virginia, on January 24, in connection with the murder of Nymere Tinsley, 25, of Brick Township.
The shooting occurred around 1:20 a.m. on August 27, 2022 at the Top Tier Hookah Lounge located at 1769 Hooper Avenue in Toms River.
Police said Tinsley suffered a gunshot wound to his lower abdomen and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
