CANCELLATION OF REGULAR MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Jackson Township Council scheduled for February 24, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 95 West Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey, has been cancelled.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the following ordinances, which were previously noticed for Second Reading and Public Hearing, are hereby rescheduled for consideration at the Regular Meeting of the Jackson Township Council on March 10, 2026 at 6:30 pm. Location: Jackson Township Municipal Building, 95 West Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey.
– Ordinance 2026-04: Amending and Supplementing Chapter 103, entitled “Vehicles and Traffic,” Article XIV, “Schedules.”
– Ordinance 2026-05: Establishing Chapter 164, entitled “Portable Sanitary Facilities.”
– Ordinance 2026-06: Repealing and Replacing Chapter 334 of the Township Code entitled “Rent Control for Apartments and Manufactured Home Parks.”
Formal action will be taken. This notice is being provided in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.
