FREEHOLD – A Pick-6 player will split an estimated $30 million annuity jackpot, lottery officials said.

The ticket was sold at a Wawa at 909 Route 33 in Freehold. The other winning ticket was sold in Butler. They will share the $30 million, which is the fourth highest jackpot in the game’s 44-year history.

Both tickets matched all six numbers drawn. The winning numbers for the Thursday, March 28, drawing were: 13, 27, 32, 36, 37, and 43. The jackpot will reset to $2 million for the next drawing that will be held on Monday, April 1.

The record jackpot for the Pick-6 was $48.9 million won in Clifton in 2002.

“New Jersey is thrilled to celebrate our newest millionaires. I think it is safe to say that we are on a winning streak. It all started last Saturday, March 23, when we had two Fast Play progressive jackpots that were won on the same day, both in Essex County at different times and retailers. Then on Tuesday, March 27 we celebrated the largest win in New Jersey lottery history with the $1.13 billion Mega Millions jackpot. Then last night two players split the Pick-6 jackpot for $15 million each. Last night was capped off with a $714,431 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot also being hit. All of this proves that we have a jackpot for every dream and of course, anything can happen in Jersey! I cannot wait to see what happens next,” said Carey.
