STAFFORD – A man was charged with performing a lewd act in the parking lot at around 4 p.m. on February 23, police said.
The suspect was in the lot of Ulta Beauty in Manahawkin engaging in “lewd and inappropriate acts, in plain view of the public,” according to police. The suspect had left before police got there, but victims provided a description of the suspect and his vehicle.
Austin Mousley, 24, of West Creek, was charged with Lewdness, and later released pending a future court appearance at Stafford Township Municipal Court.
Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.
