BERKELEY – A Township man was arrested and charged for distributing methamphetamine, officials said.
On October 6 at about 4:45 p.m., authorities searched a home on a Laurel Street in the Bayville section of Berkeley Township. Detectives seized over 1oz of Methamphetamine, paraphernalia used to package and distribute CDS and a large sum of US currency.
As a result, Vincent Mauro, 55, of Berkeley was arrested. Mauro was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and later released on a summons in accordance with NJ bail reform.
