BRICK – Police said that an observant resident told police about someone trying to enter parked cars.
The incident happened at around 1 a.m. on December 12 on Windsor Road. Police said they arrived at the scene and arrested a suspect that matched the description the caller gave.
Christopher Kennedy, 33, from Burlington, was arrested and charged with two counts of burglary and theft of movable property.
Chief David Forrester commended the diligence of the resident who immediately reported the suspicious activity. The Brick Township Police Department would like to remind the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to Brick Police at 732-262-1100 or by dialing 9-1-1.
