FREEHOLD – Two New Jersey legends were spotted supporting a local business, enjoying a sweet treat from a popular ice cream shop.
Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi were seen together at Jersey Freeze in Freehold Wednesday afternoon.
The duo pulled up together to order some ice cream and posed for some pictures. Jersey Freeze shared a photo on their social media of the two icons alongside owners Matt Cangialosi and Katie DiNonno.
“When (two) of the biggest rock stars in the world show up for (ice cream) together, it’s worth a picture,” the caption reads.
Pictured is Springsteen with a vanilla, soft serve cone dipped in a hard chocolate shell and Bon Jovi with chocolate soft serve.
On Instagram, Bon Jovi reposted Jersey Freeze’s photo to his story and wrote, “When you don’t want summer to end.”
This isn’t the first time these musicians have stopped by the ice cream shop. Cangialosi said Springsteen is a frequent visitor.
