OCEAN COUNTY — Authorities are looking into the death of a man found Monday night at Island Beach State Park, according to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
New Jersey State Park Police responded around 9:12 p.m. after the 49-year-old man was discovered unresponsive. First responders attempted to revive him, but those efforts were unsuccessful, officials said.
The Ocean County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the cause and manner of death.
