EWING – Dennis Malloy is returning to Townsquare Media’s New Jersey 101.5, rejoining longtime co-host Judi Franco for the return of “The Dennis and Judi Show.”
The station announced Monday that the show will relaunch July 13 and air weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Malloy appeared on the air Monday morning as the news was shared with listeners.
“It’s the Dennis and Judi Show, 2.0, and that’s all you need to know,” Franco said during the broadcast. “We’re all very excited about it.”
NJ 101.5 also teased the reunion on social media, telling listeners that the longtime radio duo would be back together starting July 13.
Malloy left “The Dennis & Judi Show” on July 31, 2025, after more than 20 years alongside Franco on the station. Franco had left the show for a few years and Malloy was partnered up with Michele Pilenza, who now works with Lou Russo on 94.3 The Point.
Eric Johnson, known on-air as “EJ,” has co-hosted with Franco for the past 11 months on “The Judi and EJ Show.” The station said Johnson will continue working in programming and will host weekend music shows and fill-in shifts. Johnson had been the program director for many years before leaving to work in Philadelphia.
Malloy’s radio career began in 1976 at 1580 WRDI in Hammonton. He later worked in Philadelphia radio before joining WKXW-FM (NJ 101.5). He joked that when the station called him to return, he initially said no – but his family said it would be a good idea.
